This is my composite advertisement. I made this in Photoshop, for the movie Avengers Infinity War (2018). The ad shows my friend, Nick, outside of the movie theatre. In the movie, the purple-skinned antagonist, Thanos, snaps his fingers and causes the heroes to "dust away". I made this evident in my advertisement by taking a photo of my hand snapping, and making it purple by adjusting the hue. I made Nick look "dusted" by following a tutorial I found online by looking up "Infinity War Snap Photoshop Tutorial". It was made using Liquify to stretch out Nick's right side, followed by a layer mask and painting with a white splatter brush to make him look like he is fading to dust. Lastly, I added the Avengers; Infinity War logo & the Marvel Studios logo, along with a catchphrase "So good, you'll think it's real". On the text, I added layer styles, such as bevel & emboss, drop shadow, contour. The colour is a gold gradient that I made to match the Infinity War logo.
This is an example of a character from Infinity War, Drax the Destroyer, fading away into dust. This was an inspiration to fade away Nick, starting from one side of him (like Drax fades from his left side).
