This is my CONVERSE x GOLF  le FLEUR* ad. I was only inspired by one thing, which is the hand-written GOLF le FLEUR* logo. That inspired me to make half of the ad look hand-drawn. I drew with the brush tool on a transparent layer, on top of the shoe layer. When I finished, I deleted that shoe layer, so only the drawing would show. This is the artwork that I'm most proud of so far, as the designer (Tyler Okonma) is a big influence for my life and I felt happy and encouraged while making this.

This is the original image. I took this photo with a pink poster board taped to my wall, and the laces of the shoes tied to my ceiling. For the edit, I used the magic wand tool to get rid of the pink background so I could make it more fitting for my ad. The picture of the pant leg with socks are from google images and I erased some of the sock to fit the shoe, and make it look like an authentic image.

Examples of Converse x Golf le Fleur advertisements. From golfwang.com, converse.com, and Tyler, the Creator on Twitter

These are examples of Converse x Golf le Fleur advertisements that I based my advertisement on. As you can see, I took the solid colour background and the speech bubble straight from these ads, and put them on mine. The guy in the first ad is Tyler Okonma, aka Tyler, the Creator who is the designer of these shoes, owner of the company Golf Wang, creator of Golf le Fleur, and also a rapper, actor, and entertainer. I made my advertisement on Golf le Fleurs because Tyler is one of my idols.
